CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
If you have not arrived 15 minutes after your booking time, your table will be released and the booking recorded as a no-show.
If you are unable to come, please cancel your booking using the link provided in the confirmation email, at least 24 hours before your booking time.
After that, if you cancel or do not show up, a charge of €5 per person will apply.
For this reason we ask for a card number, although no charge is made when you book.
